I am originally from Saskatoon where I graduated in 1992 with a B.Ed. from the University of Saskatchewan. In 1993, I married my high school sweetheart, David. We are blessed to have five wonderful children of our own (one daughter and four sons) and a wonderful new son-in-law. Homeschooling has been a part of our life since 2011. Homeschooling allowed us the opportunity to explore and recognize our kids’ individual gifts and talents.
As a family, we love to travel. We are road-trippers and have visited at least 35 US states. We also love camping, and singing around the campfire. The adventure we loved the most was the year we spent living near Tampa Bay, Florida. The year was filled with new friends, experiences and reliance on God.
I am really thankful for the opportunity to teach with BCS @Home. It’s amazing the way the Lord puts things together! I absolutely love meeting with families and finding curriculum that suits both the parent’s teaching style and the student’s learning style. I look forward to working with each family as together we strive to fulfill God’s calling to disciple our children.
