Fill Out An Inquiry Form

BCS has been blessed with growing enrollment for many years and is at capacity for the 2024-2025 school year.  Many of our grades have large wait pools and we are no longer booking consultations and accepting applications.

For September 2024 a select few of our grades (Grade 2, 4 and 8) have a smaller wait pool. If you have a child going into one of those grades we’d like to know more about your family for the 2024-2025 school year, so please fill out the Inquiry Form.

Note: As a faith-based school, we do require one parent to be a Bible-believing Christian.

Our admissions process for the 2025-2026 school year will begin in approximately the middle of May 2024. Please check back to our website at that time for more information.

2

Consultation

Due to limited availability, families will be invited for a consultation and school tour. This is a chance to talk about your child’s academics, your family’s faith journey and learn more about BCS and our Discipleship-based program.

3

Complete the Application

Once you have completed a consultation:

  1. Our Admissions Team will e-mail you the online application and checklist.
  2. Carefully complete all items on the application checklist including:
    • $150 non-refundable application fee per child
    • all required supporting documents per the application checklist
    • applications will not be considered complete until above requirements are met
  3. All potential students whose applications are fully completed will be placed in our wait pool.
4

Faith Interview

Once the application is fully complete and classroom space is available, our Admissions Team will contact you to schedule a Faith Interview with our school administrators. BCS Families are authentically committed to discipleship-based education. This is a big commitment so we want to get to know you personally! The Faith Interview will give you a chance to tell us about how Jesus is making a difference in your family’s life. We’ll also have a chance to talk about what it means for families to partner with BCS to influence this generation for Christ.

5

Student Assessment / Interview

  • In Elementary (K – grade 4), when a space becomes available in the grade being applied for, your child will be invited for an in person learning assessment.
  • In Middle School (grade 5-8) and Senior High (grade 9-12), when a space becomes available in the grade being applied for, your child will be interviewed by one of our education team members.  Applicants may also be a part of an in person learning assessment.
6

Student Selection

The Admissions Team will review the results of the faith interview and learning assessment/interview.  Successful candidates will receive a letter of offer for enrollment.

7

Registration

At the time the classroom placement is offered, you will be given registration and fee payment forms to complete. The $5000 capital fee/bond is due to secure the classroom space at the time the placement is offered.

The completed registration, fee payment forms, and capital fee/bond must be completed within five (5) business days of this offer. If not completed within five (5) business days, the offer for a classroom placement is withdrawn by BCS and the student is placed back into our wait pool.

If you have children that will not be returning to BCS for the upcoming school year, you will need to complete a Not Returning / Withdrawal Form. If you have any questions about our admissions process, the Admissions Team can be reached at 403-295-2566 Ext. 5751 or [email protected].
